In 2012 Lee started out in property management building the company up to 220 doors by 2016. In 2017, Lee began investing in a duplex and continued to purchase smaller properties until he found “The Power Of Partnerships” 18 months later. After seeing the results of partnerships and garnering experience in larger properties, Lee continued to build momentum in investing/dealmaking while building a ROCKSTAR TEAM to pursue EVEN LARGER DEALS through syndication. That team closed a 38-unit in 2019 (sold in 2022 for almost 2x purchase price), a 76 Unit Apartment Complex in October of 2020 (right in the middle of COVID), then a JV 70 Unit in August of 2021, a 7 unit in November 2021, a 272 unit 506C syndication on December 30, 2021, a 138 unit 506b in October of 2022 and a 128 unit 506c in June of 2023 for a total of 700+ doors (after selling the 38 unit for almost 2x the purchase price).
