So multifamily is, so I’ll give you some backgrounds. This is back in the day, I got started as business in 2007, 2008, with, then I was trying to sell office buildings. And emphasis on the word trying, there’s a lot, a lot of work, not a lot of actual selling

My world is 5 to 150 unit deals. So apartment buildings that are in that range. So that’s where I came up with the cool 100 units. That’s a nice round number right in the center of what we do. 

-So now this is coming off of 2021 and 2022, which were record-breaking transaction years. Basically, we did the same number of transactions in those two years that we would do typically in a decade.

-Well, it’s you have an unrealistic seller, unrealistic broker, unrealistic buyer and property. Yeah. And we’re all supposed to win. We’re going through one right now.
