🔥 On this Real Estate Hustlers Podcast episode, we will be talking with Lenny has worked for more than two decades in the consumer packaged goods industry for three Fortune 200 companies. He spent his first 10 years with The Pillsbury (now part of General Mills) in various sales, management & category development roles. From there, he was recruited by Johnson & Johnson to lead the category management initiative for their Acuvue contact lens brand at Walmart, Costco, and other mega-retailers. He closed his corporate career with another 10 years  at the HJ Heinz Company (now KraftHeinz) in HQ sales management, international business development for emerging markets, global systems implementation, and most recently serving as their Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer.
He has made the shift into the multi-family real estate space and is working on investment deals throughout key markets nationwide. Utilizing a vast network of professionals, he and his GDC managing partner are experiencing the exciting realm of CRE investing.
In his spare time, he serves on the Board of Directors for the award-winning History Center in Orlando, Florida (after chairing as Board President for 3 terms); serves on the Board of Directors for one of the largest fraternities in North America, Lambda Chi Alpha; and volunteers in senior leadership with the American Legion Boys State premier youth leadership programs (Florida, California, Arkansas & Boys Nation).
