Immediately before entering the commercial real estate market, Mr. McGuire worked for IBM where he was responsible for the complete lifecycle of customer engagement, sales, and support to corporate strategic pursuits in the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Special Operations Forces.  Like many military veterans, Marv and his wife, Victoria, moved multiple times over this period and bought, invested, and occasionally became “unexpected landlords” for a variety of reasons; the lessons learned while managing these assets accelerated their interest in and transition to commercial real estate.
